Ms. Vanessa Rodriguez has over a decade of specialized experience in vocational and rehabilitation services, not limited to job placement and retention, vocational evaluation, discovery and customized employment, job analysis, employer training, litigation support services, and Social Security Vocational Expert Testimony. In addition to her experiences in private practice, she served as Vice President of a Community Rehabilitation Provider offering a range of employment services for persons with disabilities. Ms. Rodriguez graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida's Honors College with dual bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Science (B.S.) and Psychology (B.A.). She graduated with a Master of Science degree from Southern University and A & M College's Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program. Ms. Rodriguez is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, International Certified Vocational Evaluator, Certified Disability Management Specialist, Certified Case Manager, Certified Employment Support Professional, and Credentialed Work Incentive Practitioner. Her professional memberships include the Association for People Supporting Employment First (APSE, FL Chapter Board Member at Large), International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP, FL Chapter Ethics & Standard Chair), Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals (VECAP) Association (2021 President-Elect), American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE), and the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA)
